By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36
Stat. 847, as amended by the act of Au gust 24, 1912, c. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered as follows:
Sec. 1. Executive Order No. 4629 of April 13, 1927, reserving the followingdescribed public lands in Alaska for the use of the Bureau of Biological Survey, Department of Agriculture which Bu reau was transferred to the Department of the Interior by Reorganization Plan No. II,1 effective July 1, 1939, is hereby revoked:
Fairbanks Meridian T. 1 1., R. 1 W., sec. 5, lots 2, 8, and 4;
T. 1 N., R. 1 W., sec. 32, N%, SW%, Ni/2SE4, and SW>4SEi4; comprising 718.99 acres.
