1. By amending subsection d of Sec tion 71, Part 7 to read as follows: , With respect to any portion of a crop in which the insureds interest is ter minated, whether by voluntary transfer or process of law, before the crop is har vested, except as otherwise provided in Section 101 of these regulations, the pro duction therefrom per acre shall be con clusively presumed to be equal to the adjusted average yield for the farm or the actual yield, whichever is higher.
2. By adding the following sentence at the end of Section 101, Part 10:
In the event that the insured makes a voluntary transfer of his interest in a portion of the wheat crop to another person or persons, and such other per son or persons comply with the provi sions of the insurance contract as ap plied to such portion of the crop, the amount of loss shall be determined as if such transfer did not take place and the Corporation may pay the indemnity to the insured on behalf of the insured and such other person or persons having an interest in the crop, or may issue a joint check to the insured and such other person or persons.
