PUBLIC HEARINGS

A PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING CALLED BY THE PRESIDENT
OF THE BOROUGH OF THE BRONX, the Honorable Ruben Diaz Jr. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, commencing at 1:00 P.M. please note afternoon time. The hearing will be held in the office of the Borough President, 851 Grand Concourse, Room 206, the Bronx, NY 10451. The following matters will be heard:

pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter for the disposition of such property to a developer to be selected by HPD;

to facilitate a mixed-use building containing approximately 52
affordable housing units and commercial space in Borough of The Bronx, Community District 6.

STREET REZONING:
IN THE MATTER OF an application submitted by Enclave 241st Street, LLC., pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter, for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section No. 2a:

changing from an M1-1 District to an R7D District property bounded by East 241st Street, Furman Avenue, East 240th Street and White Plains Road; and
2

establishing within the proposed R7D District a C2-4 District bounded by East 241st Street, Furman Avenue, East 240th Street and White Plains Road;
