ln accordance with the City Councils Rules of Order and Procedure, the following members of the general public addressed the City Council:

At this point in the proceedings, President Pro Tempore Reilly asked that the City Council Sfand at Ease for 10 minutes.
At the conclusion of the 10 minutes, President Pro Tempore Reilly called the City Councilto order.
Alderman Harris then informed the City Councilthat she placed on file with the Office of the City Clerk a proposed redistricting map and notified the members that the Committee on Committees and Rules would be holding meetings to review the map and discuss proposed changes. Alderman Harris also noted that a link was available on the Committee on Committees and Rules website where members of the public may create and submit their own maps.
