Call To Order.
On Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 10:00 AM., the Honorable Rahm Emanuel, Mayor, called the City Council to order. The Honorable Andrea M. Valencia, City Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Hopkins, Dowell, King, Hairston, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Sadlowski Garza, Thompson, Quinn, Burke, Lopez, Foulkes, D. Moore, Curtis, OShea, Zalewski, Scott, Solis, Burnett, Taliaferro, Reboyras, Santiago, Waguespack, Mell, Austin, Villegas, Mitts, Sposato, Laurino, OConnor, Napolitano, Reilly, Smith, Tunney, Arena, Cappleman, Osterman, J. Moore, Silverstein -- 40.

Pledge Of Allegiance.
Alderman Osterman led the City Council and assembled guests in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
Invocation.
Reverend Lou Ramos, founder/lead pastor of Storehouse Church, opened the meeting with prayer.
