DEAR MS. MENDOZA -- I hereby call a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Chicago, to be convened at 10:00 AM. on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 in the City Council Chamber in City Hall, for the sole purposes of considering and voting on: 1 an ordinance amending the Municipal Code regarding assault weapons and 2 an ordinance amending the Municipal Code regarding student safety zones.
