Supplemental Notice of Technical Conference on Energy and Ancillary Services in the Evolving Electricity Sector As first announced in the Notice of Technical Conference issued in this proceeding on July 14, 2021, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Commission will convene a staff-led technical conference in the abovereferenced proceeding on October 12, 2021, from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. The conference will be held remotely. Attached to this Supplemental Notice is an agenda for the technical conference.
Commissioners may attend and participate in the technical conference.
The conference will be open for the public to attend remotely. There is no fee for attendance. Information on this technical conference, including a link to the webcast, will be posted on the conferences event page on the Commissions website https

296.75-foot-long, 12-foot-high concrete gravity dam that includes the following sections: i A 54-foot-long right abutment; ii a 111-foot-long right spillway section with 24-inch-high flashboards and a crest elevation of 110.6 feet mean sea level msl at the top of the flashboards; iii an 11.5-footlong, 11.25-foot-wide concrete spillway center pier; iv an 80-foot-long left spillway section with 24-inch-high flashboards and a crest elevation of 110.6 feet msl at the top of the flashboards; and v a 29-foot-long left abutment; 2 an impoundment with a surface area of 54 acres and a storage capacity of 300 acre-feet at an elevation of 110.6 feet msl; 3 a 29-foot-long, 10foot-high intake structure in the left
