958.326 Limitation of shipments, Area No. 2 a Findings. 1 Pursuant to Marketing Agreement Ño. 97 and Order No. 58 7 CFR Part 958, regulat ing the handling of Irish potatoes grown in the State of Colorado, effective under the applicable provisions of the AgriculturarMarketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 48 Stat. 31, as amended; 7
U. S. C. 601 et seq., and upon the basis of the recommendations and informa tion submitted by the area committee for Area No. 2, established pursuant to said marketing agreement and order, and upon the basis ofother available infor mation, it is hereby found that the limi tation of shipments, as hereinafter pro vided, will tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act.
2 It is hereby found that it is im practicable and contrary to the public interest to give preliminary notice, en gage in public rule making procedure, and postpone the effective date of this section until 30 days after publication in the F ederal R egister 5 U. S. C. 1001
