The control area alteration appearing hereinafter has been coordinated with the civil operators involved, the Navy and the Air Force, and is adopted to be come effective when indicated in order to promote safety. Compliance with the notice, procedures, and effective date provisions of section 4 of the Adminis trative Procedure Act would be impracti cable and contrary to public interest and therefore is not required. Part 601 is amended as follows:
1. Section 601.1150 is amended to read:
