On April 3,1956, a notice of proposed rule making was published in the F ederal R egister 21 F. R. 2245 regarding a proposed revision of United States Standards for Grades of Canned Asparagus.
After consideration of all relevant matters presented, including the propo sal set forth in the aforesaid notice, the following United States Standards for Grades of Canned Asparagus áre hereby promulgated pursuant to the authority contained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 60 Stat. 1087 et seq., 7
