By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and statutes, and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 b of Executive Order No. 10096 of January 23, 1950, relating to the indexing: of inventions owned or controlled by the United States, be, and it is hereby, revoked.
2. The Chairman of the Government Patents Board is hereby authorized to transfer to the Department of Commerce any or all of the records heretofore pre pared by the Board pursuant to para graph 2 Cb of Executive Order No. 10096.

hereby amended in the following respects:
a The designation as regulated areas o f the following premises, included In the list contained in paragraph a o f such instructions, is hereby revoked, and the reference to such premises in the list is hereby deleted, it having been deter mined by the Chief of the Plant Pest Control Branch that adequate sanitation measures have been practiced fo r a suffi cient length of time to eradicate the khapra bettle in and upon such premises:
