1.102 Definitions. As used in Parts 1 through 11 of the regulations in this chapter, the term :
dd Overseas means outside the continental limits of the United States, but not in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, the Isthmus of Panama, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
