By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of Agriculture by sections 6
and 10 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungi cide, and Rodenticide Act, approved June 25, 1947 Secs. 6, 10, 61 Stat. 168, 171;
7 U. S. C. 135d, 135h, Part 362, Chapter I I I , T itle 7, Code of Federal Regulations 7 CFR Part 362, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 362.32 is amended by deleting , made before a United States consular officer, following shipper .
