The regulations issued by the Com modity Credit Corporation and the Com modity Stabilization Service published in 21 P. R. 1691 and containing the specific requirements for the 1955-crop wheat reseal loan program are hereby amended as follows:
Section 421.1061 is amended to include storage payments to be made to pro ducers having 1955-crop wheat under re seal loan, so that the amended section reads as follows:
421.1061 Storage and track-loading payments a Storage payment. A re seal storage payment will be made as follows:
1 Storage payment for full reseal period. A storage payment will be made to the producer on the quantity involved if he i redeems the wheat from the loan on or after March 31, 1957, ii de livers the wheat to CCC on or after March 31, 1957, or iii delivers the wheat to CCC prior to March 31, 1957, Pursuant to demand by CCC for repay ment of the loan solely for the con venience of CCC if the wheat was not damaged or otherwise impaired due to negligence on the part of the producer.
Such storage payment will be computed at the rate of 16 cents per bushel in the States of Arizona, California, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, O reSon, South Dakota, Utah, and Washing ton; 17 cents per bushel in the States of Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
