Accordingly, I hereby find that the allotment of the 1954 sugar quota for the domestic beet sugar area as hereinafter set forth in this order constitutes a fair, efficient and equitable distribution of said quota.

vested in the Secretary of Agriculture by section 205 a of the act, 814.30 is hereby revised as follows:
