WHEREAS certain lands within the exterior boundaries of national forests have been acquired by the United States Executive Order No. 8809 of June 28, through exchange under authority of 1941, establishing the Good Conduct Title H I of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Medal, as amended by Executive Order Tenant Act, 50 Stat. 525, as amended 7
