1. Effective December 1, 1951, the list of positions excluded from the provisions of the Federal Employees Pay Act and the Classification Act in 27.1 is amended by the addition of the fo l lowing:
27.1 Exclusion from provisions of Federal Employees Pay Act and Classi fication Act.
Practical Nurse Affiliate at St. Elizabeth Hospital, three months approved postgradu ate training.

2. Effective December 1, 1951, the list of position for which maximum stipends have been prescribed in 27.2 is amended by the addition of the following:

27.2 Maximum stipends prescribed.

Practical Nurse Affiliate St. Elizabeths Hospital: Three months approved postgradu ate training no stipend other than any maintenance provided.
