On June 17,1950, a notice of proposed rule making was published in the F ed eral R egister 15 F. R. 3938 regarding a proposed revision of the United States Standards for Grades of Frozen Brussels Sprouts. After consideration of all rele vant matters presented, including the proposals set forth in the aforesaid notice, the following revised United States Standards for Grades of Frozen Brussels Sprouts are hereby promulgated under the authority contained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 60
