WHEREAS, the Government of the United States has agreed with the Gov T erminating C ertain T rade A greement ernment of the Kingdom of Sweden that P roclamations and S upplementing the said trade agreement proclaimed by P roclamation N o. 2 8881 of M ay 18, the President on July 8,1935, specified in 1950

1. WHEREAS, under the authority 15 F. R. 3043 of May 13, 1950, the Re vested in him by section 350 a of the public of Finland and the Republic of Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Nicaragua became contracting parties act of June 12, 1934, entitled An Act to the General Agreement on Tariffs and to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 48 Trade on May 25,1950, and May 28,1950, Stat. 943, the President of the United respectively;
