958.303 Lim itation o f shipm ents, A rea No. 2 a Findings. 1 Pursuant to Marketing Agreement No. 97 and Or der No. 58 7 CFR 958.1 et seq. regu lating the handling of Irish potatoes grown in the State of Colorado, effective under the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7 U. S. C. 601 et seq., and upon the basis of the infor mation and recommendation submitted by the area committee for Area No. 2
established under said agreement and order, and upon other available infor mation, it is hereby found that the limi tation of shipments of such potatoes as hereinafter provided will tend to effectu ate the declared policy of the act.
