R. 2802 regarding the issuance of requirements for plants op erating under continuous inspection on a contract basis. 52.80 Definitions, a Unless other wise distinctly expressed or manifestly incompatible with the intent hereof, all terms which are used herein shall have the meaning applicable to such terms when used in the regulations.
