995.0 Findings and determina tionsa Findings upon the basis of the hearing record. Pursuant to Public Act No. 10, 73d Congress May 12, 1933, as amended, and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended hereinafter referred to as the act, and the rules of practice and procedure governing the formulation of marketing agreements and orders 7 CFR, Supps., 900.1 et seq., a public hearing was held upon a proposed marketing agreement and a proposed Order regulating the handling of milk in the Lima, Ohio, mar keting area. Upon the basis of the evi dence introduced a t such hearing and the record thereof, it is found that :
