possible precautions will be taken to ob serve and enforce those conditions and limitations and to prevent any harmful interference to the Loran system of radio-navigation.
It is further ordered, That, for the reasons hereinbefore set forth, this order shall be effective immediately.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the authority contained in the Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1949
Pub. Law 712, 80th Cong., approved June 19, 1948, that the United States Department of Agriculture is considering the issuance, as herein proposed, of the United States Standards for Grades of Frozen Concentrated Fresh Orange Juice produced from California or Florida oranges. These standards, if made ef fective, will be the first issue by the De partment for grades of frozen concen trated fresh orange juice.
All persons who desire to submit writ ten data, views, or arguments for consid eration in connection with the proposed standards shall file the same in quad ruplicate with the Chief, Processed Prod ucts Standardization and Inspection Di vision, Fruit and Vegetable Branch, Pro duction and-Marketing Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, Washington 25, D. C., not later than 30
days after publication of this notice in the F ederal R e g iste r .
The proposed standards are as follows:
52.492 Frozen concentrated fresh orange juice, a Frozen concentrated fresh orange juice is the frozen product of concentrated, unfermented juice ob tained from sound, mature fruit of the sweet orange group Citrus sinensis and Mandarin group Citrus reticulata, ex cept tangerines. No ingredient, other than fresh orange juice may be used in the preparation of this product. The fruit is prepared by sorting and washing prior to extraction of the juice to assure a clean product. Upon extraction of the juice it is concentrated; and only fresh orange juice may be admixed. Such con centrate is thereupon frozen in accordane with good commercial practice and stored at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product.
