Section 10.30a, Customs Regulations of 1943 19 CFR 10.30a, 11 F. R. 5440 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph a is amended by delet ing the word and before The United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Ad ministration, the period and 33c thereafter, and by adding the following:

2. Paragraph c is amended to read as follows:
