The regulatory material appearing herein is keyed to the Code of Federal Regulations, which is published, under 50 titles, pursuant to section 11 of the Federal Register Act, as amended June 19, 1937.

General notices of proposed rule making, published pursuant to section 4 a of the Administra tive Procedure Act Pub. Law 404, 79th Cong.; 60 Stat. 238, which were carried under Notices prior to January 1, 1947, are now pre sented in a new section entitled Proposed Rule Making.
