2 The prorate base of each handler who has made application therefor, as provided in the said order, is hereby fixed in accordance with the prorate base schedule which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
The Orange Administrative Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the said order, shall calculate the quantity of oranges which may be handled by each such handler during the period specified in subparagraph 1 of this paragraph.
3 As used herein, handled, han dler, carloads, and prorate base shall have the same meaning as is given to each such term in the said order; and Prorate District No. 1, Prorate Dis trict No. 2, and Prorate District No.
3 shall have the same meaning as is given to each such term in 966.107 of the rules and regulations 1 1 F. R. 10258
