The President EXECUTIVE ORDER 9369
P roviding Affairs
for t h e L iq u id a tio n o f t h e o f t h e O f f ic e o f th e B it u
m ino u s C oal C o n su m ers C o u n s e l
By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, I
hereby order as follows:
1. The Secretary of the Interior is designated as liquidating agent for the Office of the Bituminbus Coal Consum ers Counsel. In this capacity, he is au thorized and directed to take custody of the records and flies of said Office, to preserve such records, and to make them available for use by Government agencies in aiding the effective prosecu tion of the war. He is further author ized and directed to approve and certify any vouchers which may be properly pre sented for obligations incurred by said Office prior to its statutory expiration, and to do all other things vhich may be necessary or proper to provide for the orderly liquidation of the affairs of said Office.
2. So much of the office equipment and other property of said Office as the Sec retary of the Interior may consider necessary for the proper discharge of the functions herein vested in him shall be transferred to the Secretary.
3. This Order shall become effective at the close of business on August 23, 1943.

3270.24 Supplementary Order M221-aa Special bag quotafor certain users. Paragraph o of Conservation Order M-221 prohibits bag users from accepting more than their quota of new burlap bags for packing various prod ucts, including seeds and grains. A

of the number of new burlap bags he accepted during 1941 for that purpose.
