Payments will be made for participa tion in the 1943 Agricultural Conserva tion Program hereinafter referred to as the 1943 program in accordance with the provisions of this bulletin and such modifications thereof as may hereafter be made.

701.401 Allotments, yields and graz ing capacities. National and State acre age allotments fbr com, cotton, peanuts, rice, and each kind of tobacco, will be established by the Secretary. The na tional wheat allotment is 55,000,000 acres.
The State wheat allotments shall be identical with the 1943 State wheat al lotments established June 12,1942, under Title III of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended.
