701.401 Allotments, yields and graz ing capacities. National and State acre age allotments fbr com, cotton, peanuts, rice, and each kind of tobacco, will be established by the Secretary. The na tional wheat allotment is 55,000,000 acres.
The State wheat allotments shall be identical with the 1943 State wheat al lotments established June 12,1942, under Title III of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended.
