ferring J urisdiction O ver C ertain L ands F rom the S ecretary of A gricul ture to the S ecretary of the N avy INDIANA

WHEREAS by Executive Order No.
8910 of September 27, 1941,1 and Execu tive Order No. 9160 of May 11,1.942,2 cer tain lands in the Martin County and White River Land Utilization Projects in Indiana of the Department of Agri culture, upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, were trans ferred tothe Secretary of the Navy for national defense purposes; and WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to amend the aforesaid Executive Orders by adding to the lands transferred there under certain other lands acquired or in process of acquisition by the United States in connection with the aforesaid projects:
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 32 of Title III of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, approved July 22, 1937 <50 Stat. 522, 525, and upon the recommendation of the Secre tary of Agriculture, it is ordered that the aforesaid Executive Orders No. 8910 and No. 9160,be, and the same are hereby amended by adding to the lands trans ferred thereunder all lands within the following-described areas which have been acquired or are in process of ac quisition by the United States under the provisions of the Emergency Relief Ap propriation Act, approved April 8, 1935
