Pursuant to the provisions of subsec tion b of section 304 of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended, the following determination is hereby issued:
802.54 Definition of a farm in the Virgin Islands. For the purposes of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended, a farm in the Virgin Islands means all land which is farmed by a producer, or group of producers, as a single farming unit, with cropping practices, work stock, equipment, labor, and management sub stantially separate from that of any other such unit. 50 Stat. 911; 7 U.S.C.
