Section 79a.37 b and c is Tiereby amended to read as follows:
79a.37 Physical examination and standards
b Form used. 1 W .D., A.G.O. Form No. 63 Report of Physical Examination will be used in reporting physical ex aminations. Form will be clearly marked to show that the examination is for ap pointment in the Army Specialist Corps.
2 The following certificate will be completed and appended to the WJD., A.G.O. Form No. 63:
I certify th a t I have carefully exam ined the applicant and have correctly recorded th e results o f th e exam inations; and th a t to th e best of m y jud gm en t and belief, 1 h e is m entally and physically qualified for d u ties involving ______ a rd u o u s, m o d era te, or light physical exertion; 2 h e is physically or m entally u n su ita b le for service in th e Army Specialist Corps by reason of__________

and yet be considered by the medical ex aminers as suitable for the type of work for which he is applying. In such cases waivers of the defects may be recom mended.
