THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PRICE CLASSIFI
CATIONS AND MINIMUM PRICES FOR THE
COALS OF WINDSOR MINE MINE INDEX
NO. 152 NOT HERETOFORE CLASSIFIED AND
PRICED
Pursuant to an Order of the Director, a hearing having been held in this matter
P roducer
on January 23,1941, before a duly desig nated examiner of the Bituminous Coal Division, at a hearing room of the Divi sion, Seattle, Washington, at which all interested parties were afforded an op portunity to be present, adduce evidence, cross-examine witnesses, and otherwise be heard.
Temporary relief pending final disposi tion of the original petition having been granted by order of the Director dated November 30, 1940, 5 F.R. 4829.
The preparation and filing of a report by the examiner having been waived.
The Acting Director having made and entered Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and an Opinion in this matter, which are filed herewith.
Now, therefore, it is ordered, That Part 343, Minimum Price Schedule for District No. 23 be amended as follows:
1. The following price classifications and corresponding minimum prices are established for the Windsor Stoker Com pany coals in the specified size groups;
and 343.4 Code member price index is amended by adding thereto the fol lowing listing to the code member Price Index:
