PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to section 4 of an act of Con gress approved June 12, 1934, entitled An Act to Amend the Tariff Act of 1930, as extended by Public Resolution No. 10, approved March 1, 1937, and to Executive Order No. 6750, of June 27, 1934,1 hereby give notice of intention to negotiate a trade agreement with the Government of Canada, to supplement and amend the trade agreement with that Government signed at Washington, November 17,1938.
All presentations of information and views in writing and applications for supplemental oral presentation of views with respect to the negotiation of such agreement should be submitted to the Committee for Reciprocity Information in accordance with the announcement of this date issued by th at Committee concerning the manner and dates for the submission of briefs and applications, and the time set for public hearings.
