Notice is hereby given th at after in quiry, as provided by Section 302 b of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921
7 U.S.C. Sec. 202 b , it has been ascer tained by me th at the stockyard known as the Lusk Sales Yards, a t Lusk, State of Wyoming, is subject to the provisions of said Act.
The attention of stockyard owners, market agencies, dealers, and other per sons concerned is directed to Sections 303
and 306 7 U.S.C. Secs. 203 and 207 and other pertinent provisions of said Act and the rules and regulations issued thereunder by the Secretary of Agricul ture.
