By virtue o f the authority vested in the Secretary o f Agriculture by Title IH
of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 Public Law No. 43Q, 75th Congress, approved February 16,1938, as amended I, M. L. Wilson, Acting Secretary of Agriculture, do hereby make, prescribe, publish, and give public notice of the following regulations pertaining to fluecured tobacco marketing quotas for the 1938-1939 marketing year, to be in force and effect until amended or superseded by regulations hereafter made by the Secretary of Agriculture under said Act.
