Pursuant to the provisions of Section 302 a of-the Sugar Act of 1937,1, Harry L. Brown, Acting Secretary of Agricul ture, do hereby determine that the pro portionate share for the 1937 crop for each farm in the domestic beet sugar area shall be the number of acres of sugar beets planted thereon for the production of sugar beets marketed or processed by the producer for the extraction o f stigar or liquid sugar during the 1937 crop season.
