GENDARMERIA NACIONAL
Decreto 1294/2014
Apruébanse calificaciones.

VISTO el Expediente NºAG 2-1014/11 del Registro de GENDARMERIA NACIONAL, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que en las mencionadas actuaciones, el Director Nacional de GENDARMERIA NACIONAL informa que las calificaciones obtenidas por los Suboficiales Cadetes y Cadetes de la Sexagésima Séptima Promoción de la ESCUELA DE GENDARMERIA NACIONAL GENERAL D. MARTIN MIGUEL DE GEMES, han satisfecho las exigencias para su egreso como Oficial en sus respectivas especialidades, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 57 de la Ley de Gendarmería Nacional Nº19.349 y sus modificatorias.
Que en virtud de lo anterior corresponde otorgar a dichos Suboficiales Cadetes y Cadetes de la Sexagésima Séptima Promoción de la ESCUELA DE GENDARMERIA NACIONAL GENERAL D. MARTIN MIGUEL DE GEMES el grado de Subalférez, en sus respectivas especialidades, al 31 de diciembre de 2011, y extender a ellos los despachos correspondientes.
Que han tomado intervención la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos de la Gendarmería Nacional y la Subsecretaría de Asuntos Jurídicos del Ministerio de Seguridad.
Que el presente se dicta en uso de las facultades conferidas por el artículo 70 de la Ley Nº19.349 y sus modificatorias, el artículo 1 del Decreto Nº491 del 12 de marzo de 2002
y el artículo 99, inciso 1, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.
Por ello, LA PRESIDENTA
DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1 Apruébanse las calificaciones de egreso obtenidas por los Suboficiales Cadetes y Cadetes de la Sexagésima Séptima Promoción de la ESCUELA DE GENDARMERIA NACIONAL GENERAL D. MARTIN MIGUEL DE GEMES.
Art. 2 Otórgase el grado de Subalférez, en sus respectivas especialidades, al 31 de diciembre de 2011, al personal de Suboficiales Cadetes y Cadetes cuya nómina figura en los Anexos I, II, III y IV, que forman parte integrante del presente Decreto.
Art. 3 Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente medida se imputarán a las partidas correspondientes para la GENDARMERIA NACIONAL, en el Presupuesto General de la Administración Nacional para el corriente ejercicio.
Art. 4 Extiéndanse los despachos correspondientes.
Art. 5 Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. FERNANDEZ DE KIRCHNER. María C. Rodríguez.
