Consumer Complaint Narrative	I have tried numerous times to provide maturity instructions for my CD 's with TIAA Bank. I want my CD 's closed at maturity and a check mailed to me at maturity, which should not incur any kind of fees. However, TIAA will not accept maturity instructions
