MOTION TO RECESS.
On Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at 9:30 AM., President Pro Tempore Laurino called the City Council to order. Alderman Thompson moved that the City Council Recess until 10:00 AM .. The motion Prevailed and the City Council Stood in Recess to be reconvened in regular session at 10:00 AM.
SESSION RESUMED AFTER RECESS.
On Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at 10:00 AM. the hour appointed for the meeting was 9:30 AM. the Honorable Rahm Emanuel, Mayor, called the City Council to order. The Honorable Andrea M. Valencia, City Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that
