SUMMARY:

submissions from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, addressing the Clean Air Act CAA or Act Good Neighbor interstate transport infrastructure SIP requirements for the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard NAAQS or standards. EPA has determined that each states SIP contains adequate provisions to prohibit emissions that will significantly contribute to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance of the 2015 ozone NAAQS
in any other state. This action is being taken in accordance with the CAA.
