7. Veteran families located on Indian Tribal Property.
B. Payments of Supportive Services Grant Funds: Grantees will receive payments electronically through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Payment Management System.

Grantees will have the ability to request payments as frequently as they choose subject to the following limitations:
1. During the first quarter of the grantees supportive services annualized grant award period, the grantees cumulative requests for supportive services grant funds may not exceed 35% of the total supportive services grant award without written approval by VA.
2. By the end of the second quarter of the grantees supportive services annualized grant award period, the grantees cumulative requests for supportive services grant funds may not exceed 6% of the total supportive services grant award without written approval by VA.
3. By the end of the third quarter of the grantees supportive services annualized grant award period, the grantees cumulative requests for supportive services grant funds may not exceed 80% of the total supportive

4. By the end of the fourth quarter of the grantees supportive services annualized grant award period, the grantees cumulative requests for supportive services grant funds may not exceed 100% of the total supportive services grant award.
