The Department of Agriculture has submitted the following information collection requirements to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 10413. Comments are requested regarding: Whether the collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility; the accuracy of the agencys estimate of burden including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; ways to enhance the quality, utility and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated, electronic, mechanical, or other technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

Section 232 and Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 Section 301, depending on the country of origin. The applicable Section 232 and Section 301
decisions require subject merchandise to be admitted to FTZs in privileged foreign status 19 CFR 146.41.
Public comment is invited from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the Boards Executive Secretary and sent to: ftz@trade.gov. The closing period for their receipt is December 14, 2021.
