At any time within 60 days of the filing of such proposed rule change, the Commission summarily may temporarily suspend such rule change if it appears to the Commission that such action is necessary or appropriate in the public interest, for the protection of investors, or otherwise in furtherance of the purposes of the Act. If the Commission takes such action, the Commission shall institute proceedings to determine whether the proposed rule change should be approved or disapproved.

notice is hereby given that on October 25, 2021, Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. the Exchange filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission the Commission the proposed rule change as described in Items I and II
below, which Items have been prepared by the Exchange. The Exchange filed the proposal as a non-controversial proposed rule change pursuant to Section 19b3Aiii of the Act 3 and Rule 19b4f6 thereunder.4 The Commission is publishing this notice to solicit comments on the proposed rule change from interested persons.

I. Self-Regulatory Organizations Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. the Exchange or BZX Options proposes to extend the pilot programs in connection with the listing and trading of P.M.-settled series on certain broadbased index options.
