If you would like to file a written statement with the Committee, you may do so either before or after the meeting. If you would like to make oral statements regarding any of the items on the agenda, please send an email request to both Tristram West tristram.west@
science.doe.gov and Andrew Flatness andrew.flatness@science.doe.gov. You must make your request for an oral statement at least five business days before the meeting. Reasonable provision will be made to include the scheduled oral statements on the agenda. The Chairperson of the Committee will conduct the meeting to facilitate the orderly conduct of business. Public comment will be limited to five minutes each.

Title: FERC Form 580, Interrogatory on Fuel and Energy Purchase Practices Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act.
OMB Control No.: 19020137.
Type of Request: Three-year extension of the FERC Form 580 with no substantive changes to the current reporting requirements. Administrative changes to update the form are being made, as described below.
Abstract: The Commission collects FERC Form 580 information every other year as required under Section 205f2
of the FPA,1 which provides that the Commission must review,not less frequently than every 2 years, practices under automatic adjustment clauses AACs.2 As required by FPA section ADDRESSES:

automatic adjustment clause is a provision of a rate schedule which provides for increases or decreases or both, without prior hearing, in rates reflecting increases or decreases or both in costs incurred by an electric utility.
