The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive AD for certain Bell Textron Canada Limited type certificate previously held by Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Limited Model 505 helicopters. This proposed AD was prompted by the determination that reducing the pressure altitude limitations for certain fuel types is necessary. This proposed AD would require revising the existing Rotorcraft Flight Manal RFM for your helicopter.
The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
DATES: The FAA must receive comments on this proposed AD by November 4, 2021.
