Removes language assuming hard copy transmission of documents.
Adds language to account for the need to record certain documents that are not subject to Secretarial approval.
Adds that LTRO offices may also maintain documents demonstrating the rights of use, occupancy, and/or benefit of certain Tribes to non-Indian land and certain documents related to Indian land that are not title documents.
New section to specify that in some instances, due diligence may require examination of other records of title for Indian land.
