Appendix C, except that the liquid inlet saturation temperature test condition and liquid inlet subcooling temperature test condition shall be modified to 38 F and 5 F, respectively,
for both walk-in refrigerator unit coolers and walk-in freezer unit coolers, as detailed below. All other requirements of Appendix C and DOEs regulations remain applicable.
