I. Introduction On March 24, 2021, Cboe Exchange, Inc. Exchange or Cboe filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Commission, pursuant to Section 19b1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Act 1 and Rule 19b4 thereunder,2 a proposed rule change to adopt new Cboe Rule 6.10 to introduce a voluntary compression service for market makers.
