SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 OPM is soliciting comments for this collection. The information collection OMB No. 32060230 was previously published in the Federal Register on February 24, 2021 at 86 FR
11340, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. No comments were received.
The Office of Management and Budget is particularly interested in comments that:
1. Evaluate whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility;
2. Evaluate the accuracy of the agencys estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used;
3. Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and 4. Minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated, electronic, mechanical, or other technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submissions of responses.

Service Contract Inventory Securities and Exchange Commission.
ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:

In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 Pub. L.
111117, SEC is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY2018 Service Contract Inventory SCI along with the FY2018
SCI Analysis.
The SCI provides information on FY2018 actions above the simplified acquisition threshold for service contracts. The inventory organizes the information by function to show how SEC distributes contracted resources throughout the agency. SEC developed the inventory per the guidance issued on January 17, 2017, by the Office of Management and Budgets Office of Federal Procurement Policy OFPP.
