Needs and Uses: This collection, which is based on information contained in carload waybills used by railroads in the ordinary course of business, reports car loadings and total revenues by commodity code for each commodity that moved on the railroad during the reporting period. See 49 CFR
1248. Information in this report is entered into the Boards URCS, the uses of which are explained under Collection Number 5. This collection is compiled and published on the Boards website, https www.stb.gov/stb/industry/econ_
reports.html. There is no other source for the information contained in this report.

ACTION: Notice of renewal of exemptions; request for comments.
AGENCY:
FMCSA announces its decision to renew exemptions for 59
individuals from the vision requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations FMCSRs for interstate commercial motor vehicle CMV
drivers. The exemptions enable these individuals to continue to operate CMVs in interstate commerce without meeting the vision requirements in one eye.
DATES: Each group of renewed exemptions were applicable on the dates stated in the discussions below and will expire on the dates stated in the discussions below. Comments must be received on or before July 28, 2021.
